Welcome — and if you’re here because someone called you a narcissist, you’re in good company. Plenty of blokes have stood exactly where you’re standing, head spinning, wondering whether the word actually fits.
This is the Stories section. It’s where men share, anonymously, what it was like to cop that label — what they thought it meant, and how they worked their way to something clearer. Not polished, not preachy. Just honest. Reading how another bloke untangled it can land harder than any explainer.
There aren’t any reader stories up here yet — this one’s just us, setting the scene. So if you’ve been through it and come out the other side thinking straighter, you could be the first to share.
